You can order easily on our website:

For pre-order item, It typically ranges from 4 – 5 weeks.

For in-stock item, ranges from same-day pick up to 3 working days.

Currently, our product range is mainly on the showcased product categories on the header of the page.

Unfortunately not all of our listed products are in stock. 

For your convenience, the updated stock status (In stock/pre-order/out of stock) is shown on every product pages.

Fees and Pricing

No, the pricing on the checkout page is the FINAL price that you need to pay.

*It will include the products’ price and delivery charges.

Depending on the types of products, fees include delivery fees.

* Delivery service is optional.

Payment 

There is no minimum spend.

At the moment, BruEcom only accepts Bank Transfer (BIBD/BAIDURI) and BruEcom eWallet.

Go to your ‘CART’ at the top right corner of the page and ‘CHECKOUT’ your order, then select ‘BruEcom E-Wallet’ as your payment option on the CHECKOUT page.

Return and Refund / Buyer Protection

BruEcom Buyer Protection allows you to shop and buy with confidence, it ensures you to get the item you ordered or have your money back.

It covers you if the item you ordered: (1) did not arrived; (2) is damaged or; (3) is not as described.
