CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling an order must be done through Whatsapp or Contact us with a BruEcom Customer Service Representative.
Cancelling an order before the product has shipped
BruEcom allows buyers to cancel their orders in the following circumstances:
- A buyer contacted us through Whatsapp or Contact us and;
- Items ordered hasn’t entered the shipping process
Cancelling an order after the product has shipped
BruEcom does not allow orders to be cancelled after the item has entered the shipping process.
Cancellation and fees
BruEcom allows buyers to cancel their orders in the following circumstances:

- A buyer contacted us through Whatsapp or Contact us and;
- An item does not arrived and takes longer than our guarantee period of 55 days
We do not charge any cancellation fee on orders closed in such circumstances.
Abusive buyer behavior
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- A buyer claiming an item was not received when there is proof of delivery to the buyer’s address
- A buyer repeatedly cancel orders for unknown reasons
